I’ve gone from a chain smoking binge drinking guy to a none smoker whom barely drinks. I’ve lost 9 pound in weight and jog three times a week and do a full body work out. My physical and mental health has improved so much it’s become a healthy addiction in itself. I watch my calorie intake and am learning about health and nutrition. My goal is to go from 13st to 12st and then to set new goals. I would love a flat stomach with abs!
